Your winning bid is for the complete contents of a 10' X 20' storage unit located in the Sparta area. We took pictures from the entrance to the unit.  It is full and there are many boxes in the back. Upon payment the buyer will receive the key and the address to the unit. The winning bidder MUST have the entire storage unit empty and broom swept by the end of the day (6pm) on December 14th 2022. There are no exceptions to this!!! Winning bidder will pay $100 deposit at the time of invoice payment witch will be refunded at the time of the unit being empty and swept. All bids are final.  Items are not owned or tested by Blair Online Auctions, and all items are sold "as is"   10% Buyers Premium and 5.5% Sales Tax will be added to the winning Bid.
